The FARMERS team recently created and shipped a 60-foot Monel vessel to a long-time major client in the chemical industry. Monel is a nickel-copper alloy known for its high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in seawater and acidic environments. Monel vessels are frequently used for marine and chemical processing purposes in applications where high strength, durability, and corrosion resistance are absolutely crucial. FARMERS created drawings based on our client’s engineering requirements, welded the can sections together, built the skirt, welded nozzles, and built manways for this vessel. Well done, everyone!
